5. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to failed age verification, payment issues, or suspected fraud or abuse.

Prices are listed in USD. Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after processing.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is handed to the carrier.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of vape and nicotine products, most sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse.

However, we do accept exchanges on defective or damaged products within 14 days of delivery. Refunds or exchanges are issued only if we shipped the wrong item, or the product arrived damaged or defective due to our error.

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
